Refund Policy

To process refunds/exchange of items you must Email wild_bleu@outlook.com or Message the Facebook page (@wildbleus) with details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Refund is offered in Store Credit Only. Returns are accepted by contacting store within 7 days of receiving your purchased item to make arrangements for return. Exchange may be offered if preferred as long as size needed for exchange is still available. If size needed for exchange is no longer available you will be offered Store Credit for your item.

Store credit is given in the form of a discount code with the exact amount paid for items as soon as we receive the item back to us following terms of arrangements made. Store credit for return will not include taxes we are unable to refund that part of your purchase. 
To use your Store Credit you will type in the discount code given to you for your Store Credit at checkout in the discount code field and it will automatically apply it to your balance.
