Refund policy

Refund is offered in Store Credit Only. Exchange for different size is accepted as well.

Returns/Exchange are accepted by contacting store within 10 business days of your purchase to make arrangements for return/exchange. 

Your 10 business days starts from time of purchase for pickup items and from date item is received for shipped items.

Exchange may be offered if preferred as long as size needed for exchange is still available. If size needed for exchange is no longer available you will be offered Store Credit for your item. 
Store credit is given in the form of a discount code with the exact amount paid for items as soon as we receive the item back to us following terms of arrangements made. Store credit for return will not include taxes we are unable to refund that part of your purchase. 
To use your Store Credit you will type in the discount code given to you for your Store Credit at checkout in the discount code field and it will automatically apply it to your balance. 

ALL SALES ARE FINALS - No returns or exchanges are offered for items purchased on Sale.
